Health data constitutes a special category of personal data and is subject to enhanced protection.
The data you submit is used solely to respond to your request, schedule an appointment, and, in the case of a referral, assess and provide dental care to the patient. Processing is based on taking steps prior to entering into a contract for healthcare services (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, with regard to health data, on the provision of care by a health professional subject to professional secrecy (Article 9(2)(h) GDPR) as well as the patient's explicit consent, confirmed by the referring dentist when submitting the referral form (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR).
Data relating to inquiries that do not result in an appointment is retained for a reasonable period and deleted once no longer necessary. Patient data and clinical records are retained for at least ten (10) years, in accordance with applicable Greek medical record-keeping rules (Code of Medical Ethics, Law 3418/2005).
Your data is not shared with third parties, except where required by law or necessary for the provision of dental care (e.g. collaborating healthcare professionals in the context of a referral). This site embeds a Google Maps view; when the map loads, Google may process data (e.g. IP address) in accordance with its own privacy policy.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to, and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
